In their training of Aryn they just hunted the system for possible crazy hires. Also since the game is about to get a bit harder to find the ideal type of people this is your chance to pick from a list of high-rolls that have been sitting around waiting to be found though they're very expensive. As with the very first time we had a hiring scramble around here, if you don't hire them there's a good chance someone else will and you may have to deal with them in the future.
