Leader of the Nomad Pirate crew, notorious for their fearless and total mayhem approach to piracy. Andel is reknown as one of the greatest pirate captains in the system more so for his charismatic leadership then anything else. He has a unique talent for inspiring his men with a fearless loyalty.

The bounty on his head grows ever larger, currently sitting at 100,000,000. Because of the Nomad pirates tendency to destroy just as much as they steal, its considered a worthwhile investment to remove him from the picture since the cost of losing a dozen ships to him is less then paying a bounty hunter the full price of a ship.

The savviest of bounty hunters know it isn't actually shooting Andel that's the hard part, its the rest of his crew's desire for him to remain alive that is keeping him such. His first mate is well known to be more competent and dangerous than him yet loyal enough to keep him in power.

Outlaw - This template is used to operate outside of the law. Finding places to stay, ways to buy unregistered guns, get around border patrols, etc.
