A member of the SR1-Alpha colonist resistance against the Shetou incursion. She's something of a legend within the conflict and bears the callsign "Sand Wraith". She was born on the planet to mining parents, which is actually fairly well off given how much the miners on SR1-Alpha are paid compared to other manual labor fields.

When Shetou invaded Cerys was one of the first ones to take up arms over the matter, and despite her lack of military background, seems to have gotten by just fine. Her mother blames it on too much VR gaming. Throughout the course of the conflict her squad has died off one after another until only three really remained and they split up instead. She tends to operate on her own now, harassing Shetou positions and blowing stuff up when she isn't asked to help in a larger battle.

After the events of the thousand legends she witnessed sahad and became afflicted by it. She saught training from Giza Lai of the Valdir empire and became one of the first humans capable of wielding Sahad.
