Arkaric Selona's favorite lieutenant and possibly his only actual friend. Frayne is a transhumanism extremist who fit right in with the Selona gang and their tendency to pursue cybernetic modifications. She has taken it to great extremes second only to Arkaric himself who, due to an incident involving a rocket launcher, is 95% cybernetic.

As most criminals in Selona's gang, she is casual born of arrogance from the gang's track record and the favoritism she receives from her boss. She is often found operating on SZ1 or at the side of Arkaric. People generally prefer to deal with her when talking to the Selona family since she is a little more calm mannered then the notorious leader and is less likely to murder your children in front of you for barely any reason.

Due to her heavy modifications she is a very dangerous soldier with inhuman physical capabilities and a vast arsenal. She is an adept military tactician with a particular knack for assault movements to take positions from enemy combatants and push them into a corner where the Selona's destructive arsenal will wipe them out quickly.
