The common but admittedly racist term is abyssal horror but Ki'Ralcht is technically the abyssal equivalent of a major demon. They don't have the same classification system as demons so she is just an 'abyssal'. Ki'Ralcht's status as a member of any civilization is questionable. The Abyss doesn't have quite the same version of space or genetics. Ki'Ralcht might be an alien or she might just be considered part of the shenanigans of the abyss. She is from a location that implies she is an alien, coming from beyond the frontier in terms of distance. Her biology is linked to the Silnian progenitors but she natively speaks Sol Common, albeit with a dialect, and understands our customs easily with no signs of the more synaptic methods of silnian descendents. Her civilization was ruled over by an abyssal lord who we didn't know existed, but other abyssal lord's responded with 'oh yeah that guy, he's still around?'. She does however know pandem to the level of a sol native, even if she operated in a civilization beyond our reaches.

She was recruited to the phantoms during the early initiation of their plot to start the galactic war. Serving as an emissary to the aliens who would go on to destroy the luminous avatar's homeworld, the same ones Arkaric now uses for a power source. Given the completion of her assignment, Valadeus sent her to the Astral Order for her next gig. She can be described as curious, since she has never seen Sol in her lifetime up until now, and while a little creepy can be considered nice. Despite her somewhat mild demeanor, most are terrified of her due to the bizarre appearance. She does not fit inside most hallways or shuttles comfortably due to her large wings and eight foot tall stature. Which isn't aided by the fact that she hovers ominously instead of walking and pushes her height up to ten feet.
