The world of the semi aquatic Caelkian people. Having only recently achieved galactic awareness and FTL travel, they were conveniently located very close to Diadem and joined the Federation quickly upon realizing they just so happened to be in the Western Reach. A lawless violent section of the galaxy that would likely prey upon them quickly if they didn't make some friends fast.

Since joining the Federation they've been particularly keen to help with exploration and seeing what else is out there in the galaxy. Especially with the help of FVS military assets to make them less of an easy catch for pirates. Caelkia itself is a unified world rich in natural resources except for metals. Their food is also questionable to many other species.

Call the Feds: 500 influence, a medium number of regular soldiers or ships. They're good in aquatic environments but vulnerable in tight locations or indoors.
