Arrun is known for a hands off approach to most of the clans in the territory until they start to get big enough to be worth his attention. At which point they are either indoctrinated into his family as a reliable asset or crushed before they can become a problem.

To those that know vampire politics, he is well connected to the state governments of his territory and plays a role of mutual alliance with them. Often helping by hunting down problematic vampires in exchange for them ignoring his giant mansion in the middle of the city that is obviously filled with vampires. He is also closely tied to the rangers of the territory with similar arrangements to keep everyone happy despite the notorious problematic influences vampires can have.

Between his services to the government branches and his own methods of maintaining his power he has a frightening reputation among his own kind. Many powers are placing cautious bets on whether or not he will usurp his superiors in the long run due to his experience in handling them.
