Biography
Current Commander of the 1st fleet, having served as an officer during the Sol war. Ever since the war he has remained consistently paranoid that he will lose his job to an elf now that there are so many in the Federation. As well as fearing his human lifespan means he won't be alive for a rematch. He is sometimes a little reckless, his own looming lifespan convincing him that he has to get things done quickly. Walters has a very successful track record and a habit of completing assignments ahead of schedule for better or worse. Many are concerned that he is at times a little too obsessive about his job, pointing to his lack of family back at home. Which leads him to be far too comfortable with long deployments for his crew's liking.
