Biography
The elected leader of the Federated Zenaka, Ehanxelvun appeared seemingly overnight. When Zenaka held a summit to appoint a new leader of the planet Ehanxelvun assassinated three territorial lords and brought himself and two others to vote for him. By Zenakan tradition he had claim to the territories of the previous owners he had murdered even if only by a few hours so no one could really test that claim before the summit. It wasn't until after the summit that anyone figured out what had happened and by then they had already appointed him the new Zenakan Emperor.
Prior to this, Ehanxelvun was one of the officers for the first of the territorial lords he murdered. Though with some deeper digging, he has always been rather manipulative and difficult to keep track of. Great qualities when he's working for you, terrible qualities when he decides he deserves a self appointed promotion. He wasn't technically a corrupt official since Zenakan rules are sort of making it up as they go, but he definitely did a lot of work for his own benefit rather than his boss by exploiting his position and access to resources. Ehanxelvun was technically an enforcer for his territorial lord. He would both investigate and punish those he deemed to be behaving in a manner counter-productive to the fortune of the territory.
