Biography
A member of the Nah division. Julius is very good at being indistinguishable from everyone else and tends to blend wherever he goes with a quick wardrobe change as necessary. He was recently noted by Kala after taking out two high ranking members of the gang that rivals Sophia's without being discovered and getting his actions blamed on Sophia's gang. Her only contact with him was a letter that told her to take credit for it somehow, other then that he disappeared and reported back to HQ to await future assignments. Suffice to say he's already a member of the conspirators.
He's generally a quiet fellow that communicates an awful lot with glares, stares, and glances. Very few people actually know that he's not a mute at this point as he has communicated in sign language a few times. Really he just doesn't like his own voice as it is a little high pitched.
