Biography
He's a member of Allison's Rampart team and a Reacher who lives around Kuhas. Allison mentioned that he has been with her for some while now and is a reliable enforcer for her. Koras is particularly knowledgeable about the Reach and how to move within the network without drawing too much attention or being afflicted with any particular problems along the way. He is also great at making friends and getting work in the Reach, Reachers find his brutish nature and forthcoming banter endearing. Koras is a strong combatant and unlike most of the Division's muscle, it is very obvious upon first glance. Offering an upfront impression of strength can be sometimes useful, especially in the Reach, for making friends.
