Character can target enemies regardless of block, their attacks are unaffected by bodyguard, and in mass combat they can ignore enemy units when choosing their target.

Skip 1 turn, then attack. Attack is made at +2(level) to hit and +1 damage. Can specify target or limb.
Arsenal - 2
Can shift up to X points into offense or defense as desired and declare weapon/armor types as desired. Can upgrade colors instead of enhancing number as desired. Upgrading to green costs 1, blue 2, purple 3 (so going from white to purple costs 6). Must be done from point of resupply.
Biography
A former soldier of a station that no longer exists. Ronnair is from an alien species that doesn't look after their young particularly well, being adopted to work for various gangs for most of his younger years. His home station fell had always been anarchic but eventually this led to it going broke. No one of any means wanted to keep finding more supplies for the life support or stabilizing thrusters, and slowly it fell into decay. Ronnair has been looking for work at more stable or high tech stations that might not repeat the same issue.
