Biography
Even demons have liches tempted by the possibilities of immortality, so of course they have a burning bag of bones among their roster. Rozanis is one of the post-purge demon lords who came to power based on savvy investing in the middle planes to convert to real estate development within the demon kingdom. In his quest for true immortality he developed a very business oriented mindset to generate long term wealth on the basis that he would live forever. It's surprisingly mundane for the demon lich.
Throughout his investments in the middle planes he became inspired by Vloz'Khress' use of demon slaves and endeavored to acquire more slaves of his own. So he started producing a lot of zombies to do all the manual labor for him, even pioneering ways to enable mindless zombies to perform more and more complex tasks in manufacturing environments. Despite his power and armies at his disposal he's never won any major wars of conquest and his title of lord was just paid for until he owned all the land that now makes up his territory. Through steady development and civil works projects he has developed a wealthy territory with an extremely high productivity focusing on engineering projects he can sell to other demons. Aiming specifically for products affordable to demon barons as his niche market.
While his armies are not particularly large in number, they are the most technologically advanced and he has the heavy industrial infrastructure needed to mass produce unmanned weapons of war. That and zombies, he has a lot of zombies.
