Biography

The most accomplished master of sahad to come from Sol and the foremost expert on the matter. In her quest to surpass her sister, Vasia achieved the status of gamma entity after years of secretive research that Renjala may not have told anyone he was still letting her do. She also might have been sharing notes with Eliza Pierce and not telling anyone about it for quite some time. She and Eliza are both considered abominations by the galactic community who are in the middle of an argument that they should not be called entities or avatars and that this is a new distinct and twisted defiling of sahad magic. Gamma Abomination is currently in the lead, just over Gamma Horror.

Regardless of galactic opinion, Vasia remains the Federation's most controversial member. She is still the leading expert on Sahad, is currently one of the top researchers into the Astral Wilds even if not the foremost expert, and she has been getting quite good at creating or twisting other forms of life in her lab. Her work with incarnum has progressed to her current abilities and she still fuels a lot of her powers and experiments with stolen essentia.

Despite becoming the Federation's most feared being, she still is usually found in her comfortable hoodie manifestation wandering around and being shockingly mundane. She's always curious and trying to poke at new and interesting things. Even if that new thing is simply a new model of toaster that hit the market, or a new alien species whose response to be injected by mutating parasites has not yet been documented. As always, she is still a bit of a psycho who commits acts of violence and sadism as casually as she reads a toaster manual. Many in the direct employ of the directors might have a chance to meet and understand the smaller more docile form of Vasia. Though only the directors, pantheon members, and Aryn currently know that four years ago she became this whole mess by consuming the Heretic artifact into herself as another of her experiments. Largely inspired by how Aryn could use the Chaudret is a power source. Now Vasia notes she hears a strange voice in her head that keeps telling her to bite Sethis' legs off for some reason.

Old Bio: The director of New Age research labs is often mistaken for being a Sivataur vampire, due to bearing their tribal markings and physical traits down to the fangs. In reality she is actually a shade spirit that is proficient enough in incarnum to take a physical form. It just so happens that her physical form looks an awful lot like a sivataur vampire. It gets deeper into the field of 'where do spirits come from?' though it never seemed to concern her much.

As a shade she has a naturally curious nature, and that led to her going through higher education systems for decades. Her recent interest in Sahad and aliens proved to align with the goals of New Age, which for a time was a small research lab banging its head against the wall trying to make any progress. After a few notable 'incidents' that cost six researchers their lives and injured several others, Vasia reshaped the company piece by piece until it arrived at its modern iteration.
